Novotel Sydney International Airport - Wolli Creek

I found the room well appointed and comfortable. Its proximity to the airport was ideal for onward transfer.

I felt the bar food was very limited and expensive for what you got.

Really comfortable experience there. Comfy hotel in a fairly nice area just next door to the airport and m5, the train station into central Sydney and the restaurant and bar. Marvellous breakfast options with cornflakes and yoghurt, for instance. Outstandingly accommodating staff, functional, generous-sized rooms with 2 queen beds. Marvellous location right by Kogarah Golf Course.

Not much. It was over priced for the room I stayed in.

For the price of the room, I expected something better than what I received. It was very small. The kettle in the room was rusted around the rim. I called down to the front desk and asked to have it changed. It took 2 calls and 45 min. For them to respond. I was not happy and Iwill never recomend your establishment. Your website is very deceiving.

Modern designd/decor was appealing though and little minimalist. It looked nice but didnt have a comfrtable welcoming feel about it. We very much enjoyed our dinner from the menu which was beautifully presented and we had a great waitress.

Did not like having to go out of the room to get a drink or snack. Did not like that most of the things in the hall fridges was alcohol and only 1 chips and 1 chocolate to choose from. The range could be vastly improved. You need a "maybe" selection on the below questions. The buffet could have a bit more imagination...there was nothing surprising, different or interesting there. There was nothing wrong with it, it just wasn't exciting. One of the reception staff was a bit muddled and slow, but the rest were great.

The room was amazing and enjoyable also very relaxing. Loved the fact i got to check out at 2pm complimentary of the hotel on my stay:)

Comfortable bed, modern amenities, and friendly staff made my stay enjoyable, especially with the added convenience of being just a 10-minute walk from the nearest train station.

i am disappointed i have been charged an extra 50 dollars for my room and it has not been returned to my bank account it actually has converted to 66 dollars nz which is way to much . please return i have waited long enough for it

The reception staff are amongst the best i have experienced in my world travels.Very helpful and obliging and nothing is a problem for them

A regular free shuttle service to the airport should be a standard!!! The air conditioning unit needs immediate attention as it didn't function properly!!! Lack of quick food options late at night is disappointing!!!

Efficient and pleasent staff, nice rooms close to the airport

After a long return trip home we went to the hotel designated shuttle pickup point. We waited from 7.30pm to 9.45pm for the courtesy bus. I made calls to the hotel every 15-20 minutes asking about the bus and always received the same reply " its minutes away" We could see the hotel from the bus stop. Suggest the Mecure reveiw their third party bus operators

Location to Sydney international airport, comfy bed.

decent stay but not without issues

The staff provided excellent service, going out of their way to assist with any needs. The nearby Woolworths supermarket was a convenient find for snacks and essentials.

The room felt slightly dated and could benefit from a refresh.

Our stay was such great, would recommend this hotel to others. The location was great and easy, and we could reach Kogarah Golf Course by walking.

Welcome at reception was excellent and the upgraded room was appreciated. Room had great facilities and was very comfortable. From arrival to departure the hotel had a nice feel about it.

Could not find anything not to like.
